Noel is a terrific athlete and the consummate role player. He has great strength, excellent leaping ability and outstanding hands. Noel does what the coach tells him, executes well, plays hard and shows a high basketball IQ. He is an excellent defender and possesses strong leadership skills. Most of his damage offensively comes within 16 feet and in, but he expanded his game out to the perimeter and does a good job knocking down open looks with his feet set.
